Good "morning"! What about a smoothie after
a long night?
There are many good smoothie
recipes. Here is one I created. Currently it’s my favorite. I’ve named it
Elisabeth-special!
- Tree bananas
- 200 grams of
frozen strawberries
- 3 dl yoghurt without flavor
- About 3 dl cola zero.
Sometimes the banana flavour can be
too dominant, but in this smoothie that’s not the case. It’s a perfect lunch or
evening snack.
